A.We are based out of Madoc. With full time jobs throughout the week, our photography sessions are limited to available weekday evenings and weekends. We prioritize local sessions and are willing to travel to Marmora, Stirling, Tweed, and Belleville areas. In some cases we will travel to other locations for a travel fee.

A.We typically do not charge a deposit when booking a session. However, if you cancel (excluding certain circumstances) you will be charged $50 fee to rebook.

A.It is our biggest goal and hope to give you quality images you are happy with! Each photographer has their own style and encourage clients before booking to ensure we are the best photographer to meet their expectations.

Please note, lighting, time of day, location, and even the subject can change colours and overall appearance of images. We do our best to photograph and edit every individual session to reflect images we are happy with and hope you will be as well.

Unfortunately, once galleries are delivered and downloaded we can not offer a refund or re-edits. Sneak peaks are usually available within 1-2 days for your session. If you have any questions or concerns about the appearance of your images, please reach out at this time.
